Book 3 of the Digital Sovereignty series is, in four places, a book for deciding, labelling, transferring and collecting: the purchase path with or without an identity record, the labels on your own UTXOs, the path of a share from street name into the register and the records for the tax return. For exactly those places there are four sheets to print. Free, no sign-up, with a checksum per file. Each sheet names the chapter it belongs to. If you do not own the book you can still use the sheets, but the reasoning lives in the book.
The sheets are principle sheets: no provider names, no click paths, no screenshots. Fees, licences and broker interfaces change constantly, the questions and rules behind them do not. Custody, backups and inheritance deliberately have no sheet of their own here, for those there is the workshop package for Book 4 with dice logs, restore drill and heirs package.
⚠ None of these sheets holds a secret
No seed, no address, no balance, no account numbers. Wallets and locations go in as abbreviations only. The sheet may be found without anything walking away. That is stated in every footer. The tax sheet is a collection list, not tax advice.
