Book 2 of the Digital Sovereignty series is, in four places, a book for sending, filling in and preparing: the GDPR letters to data brokers, the application for residents' register blocks, the zone plan for your own firewall and the precautions for your password manager. For exactly those places there are four sheets to print. Free, no sign-up, with a checksum per file. Each sheet names the chapter it belongs to. If you do not own the book you can still use the sheets, but the reasoning lives in the book.
Unlike Book 1, these are mostly templates rather than checklists: the two GDPR letters and the objection to the registration office are fully worded, with the articles and sections they rest on. The registration office and health insurer letters stay in German, because they go to German authorities, with English explanations around them. As always: no menu paths, no screenshots, no company lists. Authority portals and broker forms change constantly, laws and principles do not.
⚠ None of these sheets holds a secret
No passphrase, no recovery code, no Wi-Fi key, no account names. Locations go in as abbreviations only. The blank sheet may lie anywhere. The filled-in letters naturally carry your name and address, so their copies belong with your records. That is stated in every footer. The letter templates are templates, not legal advice.
